We had our first trip to The Emergency Room.
However, this time it was with Jack! Jack broke his collar bone. He was "driving"the fork lift at the office and fell. He was actually standing. I can still hear him hitting the concrete. It was terrible. I wasn't able to catch him quick enough. He has to wear a little brace for 5
or 6 weeks. It should be very interesting to limit his activities for that long. It's funny how Jack and Annie haven't gotten hurt with the things we are so cautious about because we know they are dangerous. It's the everyday things that have gotten us! I'm learning, fast, that you can't save your children from every hurt, although it would be nice!!!
Jack smiles with his brace. It doesn't slow him
down at all.

Annie is learning to give Jack nice touches, not
shoves and slaps. She practices with her doll.
You might notice the ice on the window and
Annie dressed for winter in the house.

Daddy, please, can we turn on the heat????

Cousin Billy and Brian have breakfast with Jack and Annie.
Annie is pointing to Jack's sippy cup and saying, "Flo"!
The Basset Hound, Flo, chewed the handle off.
Stay tuned for fun fall activities and pictures. . .
