We went to the beach for a few days. We had a couple days of nice weather and a couple days of cold weather. However, the cold didn't stop us from having fun!
Annie and Jack really do love each other!
We were going to dig in the dry sand but . . .
that wasn't much fun! "We need to get wet mom!"

We are really into finding our shadows. I thought this was an awesome picture of Annie's shadow.

We had a little arts and crafts time and made tye dye t-shirts.
We took Jack and Annie to their first movie, Madagascar 2. Annie thought it was okay BUT Jack was mesmerized. He loved it! Although, Annie can tell you every detail from the movie.
We went to a Festival of Lights. They could change the colors on these trees. It was fascinating!
It is really hard to get a good picture of both of them:)
We were riding our bikes past the fire station and the firefighters let Jack and Annie sit in the fire truck. He thought he was cool stuff!
Daddy teaches Jack how to blow bubbles. (Instead of spilling the whole bottle!)

A shrimp boat got to close to the shore and ship wrecked! It was a big boat. We thought we would take a short little walk to see it. Little did we know it was more than a mile down the beach. My arms are still sore from carrying a whining Annie because she was sooooo cold. I think she walked a total of 100 yards.

The water was really warm but getting out was a challenge.

They also went shopping at the museum with real carts and scanners at the check out. Annie needs a cash register for Christmas. She loved it. Jack just liked loading his cart up with food. Good thing we were the only ones there because six items was supposed to be the limit.
