We have had a very busy few weeks, full of excitement and fun!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Our cousin David got married on Thanksgiving weekend and we stayed at The Great Wolf Lodge. We rode on The Polar Express to "The North Pole" with Gigi and Aunt Bee. AND we have been getting ready for Christmas!
Still lovin each other:)

Annie loves Uncle Bill!
Jack and Annie made vests, necklaces and headbands and dressed up as Indians for Thanksgiving. They easily played the part!

It was a little powder so Annie helped herself and powdered her nose.
Annie's name tag said, "David's dad's oldest brother's oldest daughter's daughter. " That is a tongue twister!!!!

Annie and Jack danced with Aunt Laurie. They were having a great time.

Cousin Briko and Special

Uncle Mike and Uncle Bill

Annie catches some waves on her dad's back.

Annie catches some waves with me on an inner tube.

Our room was so cool. We had a little cabin. Wonder why we had so much trouble getting Jack and Annie to sleep????

We ate dinner in our pj's before The Polar Express.
And then it was time for The Christmas Tree. . .

Sounds fun right- putting up a Christmas tree with Jack and Annie??? Well, "attempting" to decorate was challenging (but fun). Ornaments were flying all over the living room with half of them hanging on the lower half of the tree. Jack and Annie both ended up in the big box that holds all of the decorations. Who needs toys???

Each day the ornaments are rearranged, no big deal it is actually kind of amusing. We made a star out of foil for the treetop. THEN. . . it happened. . . the Christmas tree was on its side with Jack trapped underneath. Annie was yelling, "Oh no, Oh no!" Several ornaments broke and one ornament they made (that was filled with sand) opened up all over the couch. Jack escaped with a bruise on his nose. Turns out Jack was trying to climb the Christmas tree to get the star AND Annie was his partner in crime.
Just one of the many stories from our house:)
