A TYPICAL DAY

A typical day in the household of Erich, Kari, Jack and Annie consists of many diapers, lots of milk, continuous food, long and short naps, visits and playdates with friends and bath time. Erich is overwhelmed by the number of diapers we can go through in a day. He said it seems like there is an assembly line waiting to get changed again and again.

I am amazed by the amount of milk we go through in a week- several gallons! It seems that we are constantly eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and sometimes another snack! We do love to go out for lunch or dinner sometimes, too! We have been able to get Jack and Annie down for naps at the same time the only problems is Annie thinks a 30 minutes is a sufficient nap!! So, the house doesn't get organized. I used to have everything in its place so neat and orderly. That's a thing of the past. Oh well!!!!

We love when we have visitors and playdates. We have playdates at our house as well as friends' houses. It's also fun when family and friends pop in to visit Annie and, of course, Jack, too! Our favorite time of the day is bath time. Jack and Annie LOVE their bath. Brushing teeth is another story. It's hard when they don't want to open up!! Life in our household has changed but we love every minute of it!

I know I have said it before but the support and love of our family, friends and neighbors is overwhelmingly wonderful. We are so blessed! Love, Kari
