Today we received Annie's passport and notarized documents. We had to go to The police station to pick up the passports. We were all on the bus this morning and were told that the passports were not ready. We would have to go get them in the afternoon. James and Evelyn were a little nervous. It usually only takes 5 days to process but they have up to 15. Wow, that would have made it a long trip. We then went porcelain shopping.
Jiangxi Province is well known for their porcelain. The items we bought were actually made in Annie's city,
Jingdezhen. I hope we can get them all home without breaking them???? Finally, we had our last meal in Nanchang. We were sad, we don't want it to end. By the way,
Nanc, we took a taxi ride. It is too hard to describe unless you have experienced it. A taxi in New York City is nothing compared to China. We also sat in the front seat of the bus and it was just as bad as the taxi, except we were up higher. We were bigger than everyone else. The bus actually scrapped another bus. We have some of this "frogger" game on video.
Annie started cruising today. We were in the playroom playing and she did an army crawl across the floor, used the wall to stand up and started cruising. It was amazing, especially for a little girl that could hardly sit up 5 days ago!!!!

Tomorrow we travel to Guanzhou. We will leave mid afternoon but of course have to go to the airport 2 1/2 hours early with our group. So, our next post will be on Sunday. Maybe if you obsessive blogger watchers are lucky there will be one Sat. night. Keep the comments and

I have loved reading your blogs, as well as Traci and Lisa's too. Jack seems to be having a great time. I think he paved the way for Annie to accept everything a little easier. He seems so calm with everything but of course that is just pictures. I think he is really going to enjoy having a little sister - hope Bogey likes having another member of the family as easily.
Hope the rest of your trip is as smooth as it seems so far.

Still here...still watching...can't wait to go back myself.
Katrina's group had VERY little trunk strength and a few of the girls weren't walking or crawling at 18 months. But--within a few days you could see the difference. The thing I won't ever forget is how quickly Katrina gained weight...like 3 pounds in a week!!! Keep loving her and playing with her!!!
